Die Nationale Anti Doping Agentur Deutschland (NADA) schult mit einem speziell für die Olympischen Spiele in Paris entwickelten e-Learning-Kurs alle teilnehmenden Athletinnen und Athleten der Longlist. Auf der sogenannten Longlist befinden sich alle potentiellen Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten für die Olympischen Spiele.
Die Absolvierung des Kurses ist erstmalig nach den Vorgaben des Deutschen Olympischen Sportbundes (DOSB) verpflichtend als Teilnahmevoraussetzung für die Olympischen Spiele in Paris. Die Verpflichtung betrifft zunächst alle Athletinnen und Athleten des Allgemeinen Testpools (ATP).
Inhalt des e-Learning-Kurses sind spezifische Änderungen und Besonderheiten der Anti-Doping-Bestimmungen vor und während der Olympischen Spiele. Die Athletinnen und Athleten erfahren in dem Kurs beispielsweise, wer sie während der Spiele testet und welche Besonderheiten bei Medizinischen Ausnahmegenehmigungen (TUEs) in Paris vor Ort gelten.
Der e-Learning-Kurs ist in der GEMEINSAM GEGEN DOPING-Akademie in der Lern-App "chunkx" verfügbar. Dieser kann zeitlich und örtlich flexibel durchgeführt werden. Ein ähnlicher Kurs für die Paralympischen Spiele befindet sich in der Planung.

NADA Germany trains Olympic Athletes via e-Learning
The National Anti Doping Agency Germany (NADA Germany) is training all participating athletes on the longlist with an e-learning course specially developed for the Olympic Games in Paris. The longlist includes all potential candidates for the Olympic Games.
Completion of the course is mandatory for the first time in accordance with the requirements of the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) as a prerequisite for participation in the Olympic Games in Paris. The obligation initially applies to all athletes in the general test pool (ATP).
The content of the e-learning course covers specific changes and special features of the anti-doping regulations before and during the Olympic Games. In the course, athletes will learn, for example, who will test them during the Games and what applies to Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs) on site in Paris.
The e-learning course is available in the TOGETHER AGAINST DOPING Academy in the "chunkx" learning app. It can be completed flexibly in terms of time and location. A similar course for the Paralympic Games is currently being planned.
